UCB China Inaugurates New Headquarters in Shanghai

Last week, Mr. Pascal Buffin, Consul General of the Kingdom of Belgium in Shanghai, and Mr. Mattias Debroyer, General Representative of hub.brussels, the Brussels Agency for Foreign Trade and Investment, attended the opening ceremony of UCB’s new China headquarters office and delivered remarks.

 

 

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, they were joined by Mr. Wu Qunfeng, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (Bonded Area) Administration, Mr. Renaud Gabay, General Manager of RDPAC (R&D-based Pharmaceutical Association Committee), Mr. Huang Feng, President of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Association, Mr. Fan Yanquan, Vice President of the Pudong Foreign Investment Association, and Ms. Vickie Ma, General Manager of UCB China, to officially unveil the new office space.

 

 

In his speech, Consul General Buffin praised UCB’s global leadership in biopharmaceutical innovation and expressed his best wishes for the company’s continued success in the Chinese market.
